All the way from South Carolina, Steve Ray Ladson is a member of the 6 time Grammy award winning , Grammy Lifetime Achievement award winners the Blind Boys of Alabama  as well as Robert Randolph and the family Band. 

Steve Ray Ladson - who defines his unique genre as 'blackgrass Brothercana' -which oozes elements of country, blues, soul, folk and jazz - is on the brink of being a household name in the USA as is appearing in the current series of America's Got Talent. 

Steve Ray Ladson grew up listening to a variety of musicians and genres that have played an influential role in shaping his signature sound. Now, as a well-respected Musician, he aims to offer something different and unique to his fans by creating and sharing original music which he calls, Blackgrass Brothercana
