Night Before Christmas Concert - Jake Green Band

It's the Night Before Christmas (Christmas eve in Denmark is the 24th), and as the long time Mojo tradition prescribes it's time to shake the Christmas blues and forget the stress and toil of the season for a while, and listen to some rocking blues.

 

As the old story goes: Twas the night before Christmas when all through the town not a person was stirring wether white, red or brown, when somewhere downtown arose such a clatter that all sprang from their beds to see what was the matter.

 

Jake Green Band was playing, so forget about sleep. Jens "Bells" was on bass so low and so deep, Niels "Reindeer" on drums so solid the ground would shake and on green guitar and vocals, of course there was Jake.

 

Through the soothing music with his voice strong and true. He would carry the listeners safely the whole night through. And I heard him exclaim, as they turned out the light "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
