Mamas Blues Joint is a fantastic 7 piece Blues Band.

Siden starten af 2002, har orkestret Mama’s Blues Joint efterladt et spor af soul/funk og blues funderet musikalsk magi, uanset hvor de færdes. 
Med en diskografi, der spænder over 4 albums og en EP, har de fået en hengiven fanskare og kritikerros for deres unikke evne til at tilføre vintage lyd en moderne twist.
Det 7 mand store band, har den powerfulde sanger/komponist Lene Strøyer i front. 
Lene Strøyer har en stor kærlighed til blues, men skriver sange med inspiration fra både soul, funk, rhythm & blues. Foruden at være den første kvindelige prismodtager for Årets Danske Bluesnavn 2010, har Lene Strøyer også høstet stor anerkendelse og international opmærksomhed for sine kompositioner.
Mama’s Blues Joint består foruden Lene Strøyer, af en virtuos,
velspillende, groovy rytmegruppe.
