The Blues Overdrive launches a new record: ‘Live Slices’ - celebrating, that the blues is still very much alive.

The new record can be bought at a special release-party price: 150 dkr . Afterwards the price will be 250 dkr .The band will be more than happy to sign your copy. 

There is no entrancefee for the releaseparty

After the releaseparty, the band will play a concert. The price for attending the concert is 120 dkr.

The Blues Overdrive is an internationally renowned blues’n roots band out of Copenhagen, Denmark. The bands has gathered a strong reputation on the international blues and roots scene, touring all over Europe and recieving stellar reviews from renowned music publications worldwide. Prominent dutch publication “Blues Magazine” have hailed The Blues Overdrive  as: “A world-class blues band from Denmark. I do not exaggerate by saying that this combo can easily be categorized in the same league as, for example, The Fabulous Thunderbirds.” The bands formula is a clear distinctive sound that effortlessly blends elements of various blues and roots styles into a strong and recognizable signature sound. Through the years, the band has collaborated with notable legends such as Lazy Lester, Manfred Mann, James Harman, Ian Siegal, Duke Robillard, and many more.
